Servicios y Distribuciones Del Sur has extensive capability in providing GTAW and SMAW welding services for pressure vessels, pipelines, multiproduct pipelines, gas pipelines, and diluent pipelines in materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, and special alloys.

Our team is trained and certified to perform work in any position (1G–6G), whether at heights, in operational areas, or confined spaces.

We also provide pre- and post-weld heat treatment services, as well as non-destructive testing using dye penetrant and phased array methods.

Installation of Centrifugal Pumping Systems

We have extensive knowledge and experience in mechanical installation, alignment, pre-commissioning, and commissioning of centrifugal pumping systems under ANSI and API standards.

Maintenance and Repair of Rotating Equipment

We have adequate facilities and highly experienced personnel for the repair of rotating equipment such as centrifugal pumps, centrifugal compressors, blowers, and others.

Maintenance and Repair of Static Equipment

We have equipment and personnel with extensive experience in the repair and maintenance of static equipment such as furnaces, boilers, and pressure vessels.

Flow Line Installation and Repair

Construction and replacement of pipelines with diameters from 2” to 60”, with welding executed under procedures compliant with international standards.

Development of flow lines for gas, crude, naphtha, and water services, with capability to work with both carbon steel and special alloy materials.

Welding procedures include GTAW, SMAW, TIG, and MIG applications, supported by experience from more than 25 executed construction projects.

Heat Treatment for Piping and Fittings

Controlled execution of thermal cycles using specialized equipment, continuous temperature monitoring, data recording, and strict compliance with certified procedures.

Installation and Commissioning of Mechanical Equipment and Systems

Transportation, lifting, and installation of mechanical equipment, including laser alignment services, grouting placement in foundations, and anchoring with bolts.

Support in pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, coordination of electrical and instrumentation work, as well as start-up testing and operational support during commissioning.

Preventive and Corrective Maintenance for Delayed Coking Units (DCU)

As exclusive representatives in Venezuela of Ruhrpumpen delayed coking unit (DCU) equipment, we have the technical support of highly qualified personnel to provide preventive and corrective maintenance services for these units.

Field Mechanical Support (Instrumentation and Electrical)

Field assistance designed to help clients start up, stabilize, and sustain operations, providing support in equipment and system start-up, execution of pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, operational support during critical execution windows, on-site maintenance assistance, and training delivered directly at client facilities.

Lifting and Load Handling Equipment Rental

Availability of equipment to support field logistics, load movement, and controlled lifting operations, including flatbed transport for industrial materials and equipment, articulated boom crane capability for site operations, 18-wheel truck support for overland logistics, and operational flexibility for both plant and field mobilizations.
